Myself

Myself Firstly, I would like to introduce myself to you. I am Khin Zaw Win holding a B.Com degree from YIE in 2004 and D.A LCCI from UK. I am over 25 years old. I live in No. (6), Myoma Road, Myoma (1) Qtr, Dalla Tsp, Yangon, Myanmar with four family members who are my mother, father, brother, sister. I am a youngest son in my family. I am an open hearted and happy go lucky type person. My mother’s name is Daw Hla Aye and my father’s name is U Soe Nyunt. My mother is a religious and sociable woman. Moreover, she is a brave woman and a role model for me. However, she died of brain cancer in Feb’04 at 55 years old. I never forget this day because I lose the invaluable things in my life. My father is nearly 60 years old. Nevertheless, now he is civil servant who is working in Angyi Dockyard under MPA of Ministry of Transportation. He is so healthy and fit as he is a non-smoking and non-alcoholic person. I have one brother and one sister. My siblings are Aung Than Tun and Khin San Wai. My brother is a sailor who is working in MFSL (Myanmar Five Star Line). My sister is guide who is teaching especially English to Middle school and High school students. My brother and sister are also benefactors or supporters like my parent in my life.

My Job

Employer -7Days Travel & Tour Co., Ltd Dates- 2005 to 2007 (present) Position – Accountant 7Days Travel is a small travel agency. There are eight staffs in my office. There are two sections in my company. These are tour operation & reservation and account & administration. There are four staffs in the account & administration section. They are accountant, cashier and administrator and general worker. I am only one accountant in my company. Therefore, I try hard to run the accounting process by computerize. Accounting process mean that recording the daily transactions in the daybooks, transfer the figures daybooks to ledgers, taking the trial balance, adjustment make, prepare the final accounts. I record the daily income and expenditure, account payable and account receivable, other accounting transactions, bank transactions if any. Moreover, I also prepare the payroll sheet monthly and perform the income tax clearance. I report to the Director and GM the gross profit amount for each tour at the end of tourists' destinations. Moreover, I also report to the director and GM the AP and AR statement report monthly and daily. At the end of the monthly and financial year, I prepare the final accounts, analyses, and writing the assessment to report to MD. Achievement; I could set the suitable accounting system for my company as good as I can. Moreover, I could do the general administration duties and to get the overall business objective. If we do not take long life learning, we cannot catch up with the world. As a man passing through the knowledge age. I have also been learning the whole life. On the otherhand , education plays a vital importance role in a country.Education is the passport to modern life. I passed the matriculation with two distincitions in 1999.I have enough quality to join Yangon Institute of Economics because I am found of economics.After three year later,I got a degree majoring in commerce.As soon as I finished my academic study,I have been worked for 7DAYS TRAVEL & TOURS COMPANY in my country as an accountant.While I was working , I got interesting in the field of economics which include accounting and finance,management and administration, auditing, marketing and so on.In order to attain international accounting diploma which is harmonious and easy to get job opportunities .Therefore I have contacted training centre for LCCI exam and decided to take this course.I passed LCCI level 1 & 2 exam in 2005 November series with distinction.Then I continued to sit for level 3 .I passed this exam in 2006 April series -2 with all distinctions.Now I am studying the CPA part (1) course in my country and MYOB computerise accounting software and English language.

I have one brother and one sister.My brother name is Aung Than Tun.My sister name is Khin San Wai.my brother is a sailor who is working in MFSL.He is a senior fitter.my sister is a guide who is teaching espically english to Middle school and High school students.My brother and sister are also benifitors & supporters like my parent in my life.So I love my family.
